All Natural Stone Refinishers are very good to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone who's got stucco or just general handyman type repair work around the home, that he would be an excellent choice. He put flooring down. He did some painting for us. So, all around type of stuff. They were very upfront, as far as costs were concerned. The work that they did was very good work. He's very trustworthy. As a matter of fact, a lot of times, he'd say, "I think I can do this in this amount of time. If I can't, it's going to cost you this much. But if I get it done sooner than that, it will be less." There was more than once that he'd quote me a price and it had come out less than what he'd quoted. I felt really good about that. I had already moved and we had termite damage they found in the other house. I'm out here in Louisiana and call him in Atlanta. He goes out, takes care of it and sends me a bill that was very reasonable for that, too. All around very trustworthy and he does good, quality work.

It's great and it makes my garage look much cleaner. I'm so glad he suggested it.

I met with Cary who is a very responsive fellow. I wanted my garage concrete to be stained with a high gloss top coat. I had called several contractors listed on Angies List and he was the fastest and seemingly most responsive. His pricing was consistent with that quoted by phone by his competitors. Based on that I asked him to do the job. He as very responsive getting things set up and wanted to start immediately. He began prepping the floor by removing the current epoxy. During this process he suggested re-epoxying the floor rather than acid etching and staining. He then proceeded to get a non-commercial product from a home store (and which I had used with limited success) without discussing this change. He did, however, offer that the and quot;cost of materials went up and so the price would need to go upand quot; when in actuality the cost of materials was negligible (less than 6% of the job). When I realized what he was doing and before he finished the prep, I confronted him with the situation. He tried to state that this product was what he had planned to use and that he stood behind it. I stated that the quality of the product and the price were inconsistent. I paid him for his prep work and discontinued his involvement in the job.
In essence, this was a and quot;bait and switchand quot; with a huge price (thousands) for a product you could use for a couple of hundred. The fact that he failed to discuss the changes and conceal his plans suggested to me that I shouldn't trust the workmanship on the job. I would not repeat.

I was very satisfied. They came when they said they would, completed the job in two days as the concrete had to dry before applying the stain. Then they came back to check areas that might have refused the stain as some did. They touched up everything. I paid them after their final inspection of the job, as was expected.

I have recommended them to others and have had people come to look at the floor. Since there is an additional ledge of the same floor on the other side of the finished porch, prior to refinishing, the original condition of the floor is evident and the refinished floor can be seen for comparison.
