We know Ms Redford took complete control over the sale of our home on day 1. The only person who walked through our home was her buyer rep. When she called my husband with the offer, she manipulated and forced him into accepting less for our home and agreeing to closing costs. We had no opportuity to uncover other interst in the market. Debbie did not act as our agent. She did not advise on best way to be most profitable in the sale of our home. She knew the woman who was buying our home- she lived around the corner from her. She denied knowing her of coarse. Debbie breached the GRA code of ethics on more than one article and we will be filing a cliam against her.
