It went very well. The paint crew showed up on time and daily until the job was done. They took special care in applying the stucco paint properly. The windows were all opened so the trim could be painted up to the interior border of the window. Gutters, soffets and extensive trim were also painted to a high quality. Decks were painted with a non-transparant deck paint. Prior to all painting, the house was thoroughly pressure washed and all cracks in the stucco and window trim were caulked. The large amount of wrought iron railings around the deck were wire brushed and painted with high gloss black and looked brand new when finished. Even the mailbox was painted. The house is somewhat large and the back has a large drop off due to the hillside, making painting difficult at the roof line difficult if not dangerous. They did an excellent job in all areas including repairing two areas of rotten wood in the soffett area. I was well pleased.

I met Tom at a Home Show in Atlanta where he was promoting a product called "GutterFilter. Over the past 20 years I have tried at least 4 different types of filters, helmets, guards on my gutters, none of which were able to handle the volume of water coming off my flat roof. Tom bought several pieces of his GutterFilters to make sure they would work before doing the entire gutter system. Even during extremely heavy rains his GutterFilters are able to handle the volume of water. I especially appreciate Tom's integrity. His goal was a satisfied customer rather than just making a sale.
