I can't put into words just how terrible and dishonest this guy is. If he comes to do a job for you, I suggest you take a wrecking ball to your home first. The result will be better. His subcontractors, for the most part, did a good job. Mr. Achmed did awful work. He uses day laborers who don't know which end of a paint brush to use with the result being that I have to have my entire condo repainted. He was hired to paint the entire unit, but didn't paint ceilings or trim, later claiming that they aren't part of the paint job. He does electrical work that he's not licensed for. When installing a garbage disposal unit, he failed to remove a tab where the dishwasher drains. Luckily, a real plumber discovered this and saved us from having a flood! He also removed a part of the garbage disposal unit that's marked "DO NOT REMOVE". This exposed wiring to the motor and burned the wiring causing the unit to break. Again, we were lucky that was all that happened. He threw out things like light switches and a panel from our dishwasher. He ruined hanging lights by dripping stain on them. Possibly the worst thing he did was to come to an agreement with us on using Sherwin-Williams low VOC Duration paint only to use much cheaper Valspar "contractor's only" paint. We didn't find this out until after the painting was done. When you see him coming... RUN!!
