The repair man thought that we needed a new electronic board. He came out at a later date and installed one. The washer still did not work. The repair man, John, was supposed to come out again and try to determine what was wrong. He never came out to fix the washer! We called the office numerous times and asked when he would be out. The repair man never called us back. After one week of not having a working washer and dirty clothes piling up, my husband and I decided to buy a new washer. AAA Appliance Repair never called us back; they never sent out a technician to try to fix the washer!

He did a inspection of both the washer and dryer after we had flood damage and repaired the dryer. He came ahead of his appointment time. His cost was less than the quote and I was also able to use a discount coupon from Angie's list He was quicker than I expected so I was able to enjoy the rest of my day off.
