Lucky I picked Jeff ( A super plumber) out of all the options Angi gave me. Every one of them called but only Jeff instilled confidence even while on the phone unlike others I felt like some bait and switch ( you hear:” I will send my personal and they will quote you a price…” to me is a red flag when you say I need to install/ replace something like a faucet or garbage disposal). Jeff gave me a price over phone, told me what could result in changes to that quote, asked me to send some pictures and confirmed the price before arriving at home and did I mention he knew what he was doing! I would hire him again in a heart beat

Had a 7 y/o hot water heater that went out. I called one of the big companies last minute to diagnose the problem over the weekend. I was told it needed to be replaced. Fortunately I was put in touch with Jeff who questioned the diagnosis the big company gave me. He sourced the various parts until the problem was resolved instead of automatically saying I needed an entire new unit. Jeff is exactly why anyone should go with a smaller expert instead of a big company who is trying to upsell you. He spent part of the day diagnosing the problem and the other part sourcing parts. The sum total is he was able to solve the problem by troubleshooting thus saving me 1200 in the process. Do not go with the large plumbers. Do not go with any ordinary plumber. Call Jeff at A Super Plumber. Honest. Experienced. It s really that simple. I will be referring these guys to anyone who needs honest expert service.

Good independent plumber for the West Cobb area.

Jeff is very knowledge and staightforward in this approach. He called me back quickly on a Sat and had me set up for a Monday afternoon appt.

Jeff was able to come out in the evening when our water heater was leaking. He plugged it and drained it, then replaced it the next day. Pricing was mid range for a 10-year water heater and he gave us a discount. Great to work with!
