INDIAN CREEK NURSERY

When Eric came to plant the plants, he had some what were substandard. He told us that they were all he had of that type, but if they didn't make it, he would replace them. When asked about watering and care, he said it would be best not to use the sprinkling system, but rather to water with the hose to make sure the roots were getting enough water. The job was under warrant we were told. In the fall/winter months, the substandard plants were looking bad.Eric wascalled 3-4 times, but never returned a phone call. Some of the plants are now dead. I personally went to the nursery on March 10 and asked if Eric could come out and look at those plants. I told him we had called last fall/winter, but never received a return call. He said he would be out on March 11 if it didn't rain. It didn't rain, but he not come out. My roommate called him March 14 in the evening and told him she would upset at how the plants were looking. He said he would come out on Friday, March 18. He called on March 15and begin to ask how we had our sprinkling system set to water the plants. I told him we watered them with a hose (as he had instructed). He told us if we didn't have the sprinkling system set, we had no warranty!! I reminded him that he had told both my roommate and me, that the plants in question were not sturdy and if they didn't make it, he would replace them. He said he never said that to either one of us. I also reminded him he told me that he would be out on March 11. He said he never said that. I took exception to him saying we were not truthful and told him so. He hung up on me. I will NEVER recommend this nursery to anyone. We are obviously stuck with substandard product and the word of the Nursery Manager means nothing. Very, very disappointed.
