We spoke to Frank the first time on Wednesday the 12th.Made the appointment for Saturday the 15th at 9:00. He was early, which was great as we had plans for later in the day. Up on the roof in short order, took pictures, an then came down and explained what we were looking at in the pictures. We agreed on the price and he got right to work, he brought everything he needed to do the work and was done in an hour. He took additional pictures and then came down and showed us the work he had done. Very professional, very easy to talk to and listened well. Since we had the heavy rain on Sunday, we had immediate proof that the work he did fixed the problem we had. Thanks Frank!!
