The company was hired to ready the house for Sale . . . to give the "pop" needed to elevate curb appeal. While those I interacted with were pleasant and professional there was a disconnect on how to execute. No coordination with homeowner on install dates so they tried to install the same day as roofers. Front and rear lawn renovation was discussed as well as seasonal color - I was asked what to do with areas left bare by removal of hardscape, we decided sod (in addition to the grass renovation.) They only installed two strips of sod that looks ridiculous in the weedy lawn. The seasonal color blends in color tone to the pine straw and brick and gives zero "Pop" at the entry and does nothing to increase Curb Appeal. I have photos. I would only hire these folks to do yard maintenance - fail at design and install.
