Matt and Tommy were so professional! They fixed our issue very quickly and were so nice! We will definitely be using them again for our plumbing issues! You guys were the best!!

We had water leaking through our downstairs ceiling. I called Watson and they came pretty quickly. The problem was soon identified as a leak in the dishwasher which they could not fix. Stupid me, I then asked if they could replace the faucet set in my downstairs bathroom. Shouldn't be much of a problem I thought. Five and a half hours later he finally left. Everything went wrong. We were billed for 6.5 hours at 160.00 per hour. I had left after 4 hours and was told that there just need to be one more small thing fixed - which took 2 more hours. What happened: 1. He did not have the proper tool to remove the original faucet so he took between 45 minutes and an hour to do what should have taken about 1 minute. 2. He did not have the proper tool to clamp some part so he called an associate to bring it. How much time - I don't know but probably about an hour. 3. I told my wife to pay when the work was finished. The plumber took about 30 minutes to fill out and invoice and we were charged for that time. 4. I contacted Mr. Watson to find out if he could make an adjustment to the bill. He said he would work something out but never got back with me. Subsequent call never found him in. 5. I went to the business and talked with Mrs. Watson had the paperwork on his desk. I called her again later and got the same story. 6. They have never contacted me about my complaint.

I received a call within 5 minutes of entering our request on Angie's list and the technician arrived at the house about an hour later. They diagnosed the problem, obtained the new part, and repaired our shower before lunch. Highly recommended.

On time, great job. Rains had saturated the soil to the point that water was flooding back into the tank while they pumped. They actually took about 1900 gallons from my 1200 gallon tank, but honored the quoted price! Definitely will use them for future needs.

The attitude that i had from the service provider this time was totally different this time around. They sent two people when one could do.. They seem to spend more time outside then inside.. I believe that the price the gave me was exuberant for what was done and they argued with me about that..

took them a very long time, hours, to locate the septic tank.  In the process of removing ground away from tank, the lid was cracked.  The job was completed successfully and the representatives attempted to locate a new lid, although without success.  At this time it was about noon on Friday. 

They promised me they'd call me the following Monday to arrange a time to reinstall a new lid.  That phone call never came. 

From that point on, I've contacted the office with no results received.  Each time I called, I was told that they'd find me a new lid promptly and contact me to have it installed.  I followed up at least once a month until Feb 2015 and have still not received a new lid.  One of the last few times I called, I was told they couldn't find record of the service.  I immediately faxed a copy of my receipt as proof of service.  Later I followed up, only for the woman to tell me they didn't receive the fax.  I faxed it again and still no follow-up. 

Meanwhile, my septic tank is dangerously insecure just off the front porch steps of my house.  Animals, people and lawn mower are all at risk of falling in. 

He did excellent work! They were very nice, polite, and capable. They came when they said they would come. I was very satisfied. Reasonably priced.

Actually every thing went well. The workers were very pro. The only thing was, not knowing a perferred plumber I used the phonebook. Resulting in a higher much higher price to pay.

I contacted this company long distance because I had a rental property in Macon and I lived in North Carolina. They promptly contacted my tenant, made an appointment, arrived timely and did all the repairs I requested.

They were honest, appropriate and fast. They did not try to overcharge me. I will be using them from now on.

Watson came the same day we called them. Were able to call ahead of time to arrange someone to be there.
Checked out alarm for fault, and was asked to reset breaker in house. Alarm working fine.
Removed tank cover to check pump operation, all ok. Float was not properly secured and set off alarm.
Checked float was operating ok and secured it properly. Tested. All working fine now.

It went very nicely. They responded quickly and we haven't had any further issues. The staff demeanor was good as I would expect. Their price was reasonable.

Came the day after we called and installed the cleanout, but did not cap it. Said they were very busy and stated it would be a week before they could pump the tank. Did not show the day we were scheduled, but did show up the next day. They pumped the tank and installed the cap on the cleanout. The next week we received a bill for the cleanout cap that we had paid for the first visit. They did adjust the account promptly.

It went fine. It took them 3 days to get here but they charge the price they quoted, so that was a good thing.
