They were very easy to work with. It was a Saturday, so I just went onto the website and typed up my information. They sent me a quote via email and I accepted the quote. He called me the next day to schedule the work. A technician came out, did the work and called me when he was done. I came home and it was all working.

When I bought my new house, the builder told me that Trey (who had installed the sprinkler system) would be by to show me how to program it. Trey makes a good impression, and spent a good bit of time impressing upon me what an expert he was at both irrigation and landscaping. This was basically 5 minutes of instruction on teh sprinkler system and a 20 minute sales pitch for lawn care. The lawn care prices he quoted were high, so I passed. Within a few weeks of moving in, a pipe burst near the main valve on the sprinkler system. It looked like the water main had burst and I called a plumber after turning off water to the house. The plumber said that it was my sprinkler system, and he was not comfortable working on it because of the electrical connections, with which he was not familiar. He also said that the leak was caused because the installation was done incorrectly. I called Trey. He came out and did not exactly deny that the installation was faulty, but said that the 120 day warranty had expired while the spec house was on the market, and he would repair it for $75/hr plus parts and estimated it would take his men at least two hours to repair. When I pressed him to do a warranty repair because the house had only been occupied a few weeks, he refused, and complained to the builder that I was harassing him. The irrigation guy who repaired it for me (for half of what Trey quoted) told me that the shoddy installation was placing torque on every joint in the main line, and that I could either pay to have the whole thing dug up and replaced, or expect more problems. Since then, I've had two more major leaks, and am hopefully near finished replacing it all one piece at a time. I live in a small new subdivision, about 20 homes. Trey installed all of the sprinkler systems. I know less than half of my neighbors. Not only have 2 of the neighbors I know also had problems with their new sprinkler systems, but Trey has refused to correct the problems for them also.

Irrigation system operable to maintain landscape for builder while house remained on market nine months. Homeowner indicated date work completed was Sep 2, 2010, 24 months past installation of system. Trey’s Lawn Service is not aware of any outstanding customer complaints for irrigation installation in this neighborhood and continues to provide landscape service for the developer of this neighborhood as well as independent homeowners. Trey’s Lawn Service is licensed and insured with eight years of professional service to the middle Georgia area, maintaining an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. We've used them once or twice. They were a little too pricey and no different than any other landscaping service, so we stopped using them. It wasn't good or bad service; it was just overpriced.

Everytime it rains, the run-off from 5 houses drains into the area between my house and the next door neighbors house. Over the last couple of years, the water has started collecting and I could not grow any grass...just dirt. I contacted Trey and he came out to the house that day to look the situation over. Within 15 minutes, he had looked at all the areas and had solutions to my problem. He explained what we needed to do and then sent an estimate the very next day. The only problem I had with scheduling the work was convincing my husband. Once he came onboard...Trey began the work. We did experience some heavy rains during the installation time...but, he just worked right through the weather. His staff is experienced and works fast, they laid the sod in about 4 hours (15 pallets) during the rain. I will definitely use Trey again!

Trey did excellent work. We called him and he responded within the hour. He showed up promptly and impressed us with his knowledge of landscaping. Note: My wife is a horticulturist. The only negative is that his prices seem a bit expensive. We moved from New Jersey where monthly lawn service averages about $200. We have 2.5 acres and he charges $530 per month. A lot more than we are used to paying, but we have a lot more land also. I must stress his professionalism, punctuality, and knowledge of landscaping.
