TIRES PLUS

I had an oil change and a complimentary rotate and balance that was part of a tires purchase promotion which were purchased at a different Tires Plus location. From the time I entered the store, I felt more a sense of I'm just here to do my job more than customer service based. I explained that I wanted to get my complimentary Rotate and Balance as well as an oil change, so the gentleman pulled up my name in the system and ask for my key and said it should be ready in about 2 hours, I gave him my key and had someone pick me up. It wasn't until four hours later that I received a call to inform me that my car was ready to be picked up and that they closed in 30 minutes, so if I wanted to get it today I would need to get there before 5. I got someone to take me back up there to pick up my car and when I went to pay it was more than normal for an oil change, so I asked the gentleman (which was a different guy then I had spoke to earlier when I dropped my car off) why it was so much. He responded, you wanted a synthetic oil change and those cost a little more than the conventional oil change. I responded, I did not ask for synthetic and the gentleman responded, well that's what was put in the computer so that's what we did and there wasn't anything that could be done at that point. I was extremely frustrated and just paid the bill and told the gentleman they were just trying to make up for their costs on the complimentary Rotate and Balance and I would not be needing their service again, so needless to say that was my first and last experience with them!

OTHER THAN HAVING TO TAKE THE CAR BACK TO HAVE THE DASH MONITOR LIGHTS RESET. IT WENT WELL. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN I TOOK THE CAR BACK IN, AND WORKED TO GET IT FIXED.
