I contacted the answering service on the day the AC stopped working, I normally call before 9:30 AM before the repairmen are dispatched. I have used them for many years 1st the father and now the son, and it has been a good working relationship. They have never over worked or over charged for a job. They normally respond within a reasonable amount of time, if not I call back.

Called 3x over past month to have them come out again and they will not even return my call to set up a date. They were the one's to install the unit three years ago in the new house and have been to the house for routine check ups since that installation until July.
