We used Stanley for carpet cleaning and I would give them a 'C' minus. They had a special and the cost was 99 dollars for just carpet cleaning. My wife says that it was a good price. Their responsiveness was okay.

My records indicate we last cleaned for you on 11/17/12, not the date that you provided for the service. Or records also do not show a $99 special for the services we performed. If we in fact we're the last company to clean your carpets, I'm sorry we did not make you 100% satisfied. We offer a guarantee on all of our services, if you were not happy with anything we will happily come back within 10 days of the service and re-clean everything over. We actually call you the day after the services to make sure your 100% satisfied. I hope you will give Stanley Steemer another opportunity to take care of your cleaning needs! It went extremely well. I contacted them straight from Angie's List after normal working hours. They responded back before the next day. Scheduling and set up were easy. The staff I spoke to on the phone were extremely pleasant. The gentlemen who came to do the work were professional and personable. They did a great job. I will most definitely use them again.

Arrived right on time! I was moving into a new house and wanted to see if the carpets could be cleaned rather than replace.
These carpets in some places were horrible! They were very honest and did not clean or charge me for rooms that could not be cleaned. The Tech (Mike) tried a few spots and recommended replacement. I am very happy with the outcome, they did clean the rest of the 2 story house, protected my carpet and deodorized because the previous owners had some sort of beast in the house. Overall, they saved me a ton of money. Instead of having to replace lots of carpeting they were able to get clean the seemingly un-cleanable in most rooms and I have no doubt it was well worth the cost!
I do plan to use again next year!

There were three young men who were punctual and polite. They worked very hard and did a great job. They had told me in advance that they do not move furniture so there was one bedroom that did not get cleaned under the bed.

Stanley Sterner called and said they were on the way, but they didn't arrive until about an hour later. They did a great job cleaning the rooms I requested and the price was very reasonable. I would hire them again.

Robby and Drew called ahead of time to say they were coming. They
arrived on time. I showed them the rooms to be cleaned and Drew started taking
the equipment off the truck. In the meantime Robby became a salesman. He ask
about my area rugs under kitchen table and in the dining room. He ask me about
cleaning my tile and gout in the kitchen. He talked about cleaning my leather
furniture. He said I did not order deodorizing and then he spent a great deal
of time telling me why I should have it done. I kept saying no.... it took a
little over an hour to clean the carpet and I am willing to bet a good 30
minutes of that was spent trying to sell me more services or products. As I was
paying - which I did in cash and really had no more money to spend - he brought
in a bottle of deodorizer to try and sell to me. I was exhausted when they left
and I will not go through that again. This was the second time I used Stanley
Steemer - I will not use them again.

They cleaned carpets which had not been cleaned in many years. They were prompt, professional, friendly. However, they did the job way too quickly and the carpets were no cleaner when they left than when they began.

They called as promised, I had to reschedule for a later time in the day, and they were there on time. They did the job as promised; I must still reevaluate the job after the carpet dries. But, when they walked in the house it felt like they were looking for ways to increase the bill, and they found it with the steps, so they added another $ 25 to the bill.

The appointment was easy to make. They called the morning of to let me know they were on their way. They cleaned the carpets in less than a hour. Professional the whole time. I will have them come back and clean my carpets again.

My carpets have not been cleaned in over 10 years!!! Out of 4 rooms, one room and my staircase had major stains. After cleaning, they were spotless with the exception of two super stubborn stains. Those stains are so much lighter than before the cleaning. I did opt for stain protection and deodorizer after them coming out. They were not pushy about the extra services in any way. The figure they gave me was so reasonable, I figured what did I have to lose. After 10 years of wear and tear, I wasn't expecting them to come out looking new. What I didn't expect was how good they would look and how much life my carpets still had in them.

I called them in route to Macon and the dispatcher said I would have someone come out that afternoon and they came out that day. He called at noon to confirm and they came when they said they would come. The service was efficent and explained there was another service on bacteria.

They did a good job and they were in and out fairly quickly. They did what I asked them to do and didn't do more than I asked them to do. They met my requirements. The experience was fine. They came when they said they were going to come. The price was relatively appropriate to the job. I will use them again as long as the cleaning job holds up.
