"We apologize to the member that he feels we failed to respond to him, and we appreciate the opportunity he allowed us in looking at the work he wanted. We emailed our proposal to him on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 4:22 pm. Obviously he did not receive the proposal. We have had rare problems with our Blue Host email service; various other email services have very occasionally rejected emails coming from Blue Host servers as spam, but then they are usually re-routed, sent again, and received by the intended recipient. However, sometimes the emails are never allowed through by the recipients servers. We did not receive the call the member says he left on March 5, but we did receive an email from the member on March 2, 2015 at 3:06 pm. It was in that email that he stated that he would insist on valid US citizens or documented workers only be present on the job site. We agree with the member that all laws must be followed when performing work, including laws related to documentation of workers. Again, we apologize to the member, and wish him the best in his remodeling endeavor."

"We are grateful that the Member allowed us to look at the remodeling work at their home. We really appreciate the opportunity, and we hope that if they have another need they will allow us to look at it as well. Price is a wide variable in construction, especially in this current construction market. The market is full of contractors who are struggling, and have dramatically reduced their pricing in order to secure work. There are also contractors who, because of their professionalism, experience, and quality work, (and sometimes luck!) have not had to dramatically reduce pricing. At this moment, we are blessed to be in the latter group. With that said, our pricing is very competitive with other full service restoration and remodeling companies in the Middle Georgia area. We are a family owned company, in business since 1957, and now in its third generation. We are humbled to have been trusted by so many. Thank you!"
