Jeff kept in contact with me over the course of a week while his roofer was out of town, making sure I knew he hadn't forgotten about me. He spent a good amount of time getting shingles that matched (the ones on my roof are discontinued), and got the repair done in a matter of hours. His roofer Alberto is very tidy and efficient. There were very few nails found near the repair site, and all trash was taken away. Good professional work, and very friendly. I definitely recommend.

Sorry so long for this review, these guys are great had a large 'honey-do' list but no honey to do it, so I went to Home Advisor where I found Seminole Homes, LLC. There were 9 different jobs on my list, all were completed to my satisfaction and I felt the price was reasonable, the work took a little over 2 days. Jeff and his crew were very professional, arrived promptly at 8:00 each morning. They cleaned up all work areas when finished.I am working on my next list, I already discussed part of it with them and they estimated a price verbally. I am so glad I found these guys and highly recommend them.

The work was done in an acceptable fashion. The only problem was that there was a significant delay in completing the work. A large part of that was due to inclement weather, but some of it seemed to be oversights that could have been avoided. Still, generally a positive experience.

Jeff is the man. Good work, timely work quality work.

Jeff Sawyer, general contractor, was very personable and kept me informed of status of project. Overall project took longer than I had anticipated. Apparently subcontractor was held up on another job.

I was most satisfied with the service. Mr. Sawyer is a very fine man. He is very pleasant and honest. he gave a detailed information on what the problem was, how it would be fixed and how much it would cost. The service was prompt and high quality. I highly recommend him and will use his service again if needed.

Jeff and his subcontractors repaired storm damage on my mother's house where trees had fallen. Repairs made efficiently; new roof applied expertly; new gutter done right; replaced wet insulation, and cleaned up well. Jeff is reliable, efficiently stays on top of the whole job, is pleasant to work with, has top-quality subcontractors. His roofer and framer great. Definitely would call on him again and recommend him. We could not have been more pleased. His demeanor calmed us and removed worries that my mother and I had. We felt like we were in good hands. Jeff looked after our interest; he and his crews did a great job. Very pleased.
