Josh is absolutely amazing. He is very thorough and accommodating. Also, his prices are fantastic. He charged me approximately $96 to have a keyboard replaced on my brand new hp touchscreen laptop (I spilled coffee on the keyboard less than 48 after having bought my laptop :( ). Other computer repair companies tried to charge me $200! He also went the extra mile and dropped my laptop off to me while he was in my area. He did live a little far from where I both live and work, but he is more than worth the drive. His response time is also impeccable. He replies to emails almost immediately and always answers his phone. I am actually going to take another laptop to him very soon. Thanks Josh!!!

I work 14 hour days so I don't have time to do a lot. When I'm on set I send my stuff to him and then he will send it off to charity. He does a great job. He is a very honest guy and his prices are reasonable.
