It went very well. Steve arrived very quickly and took care of the problem right away. He is very professional, friendly, and explains what the problem is and what needs to be done to correct it. Very trustworthy. I will always call him for any appliance and air conditioner work I need done.

S&H calls to tell you the tech is on his way. Steve arrives, with a smile, and gets right to work. He is very professional and  has worked on many types of my appliances. He looked at an antique oven and quickly ID'd the problem; the part was not available to effect the repair. He worked on my dishwasher, which had been improperly installed. He corrected the problems and had that appliance ready to go. He told me how I needed to run the water line for my reefer icemaker. I asked him for an opinion on a new reefer and he was able to give me his professional opinion and steered me away from a particular brand. He is very pleasant while working and I always feel like I am having a friend over to my home, not just a repair technician. I highly recommend S&H maintenence!!

They are wonderful. I'e had them for a long time. They came to check out an air conditioner that didn't work and they fixed that and they checked out some pipes to see what was wrong under the house. I spent about $350. They're very nice, polite and they let you know what they're doing and they're really good people. They check on you after they do the work to see if everything is alright.

After checking the dryer in the house he went under
the house and found that a sprinkler head was spraying water
into my outside dryer vent hose,
The hose had so much water in it that it was sinking in the
middle.
He replaced the hose and of course recommended that I seal off
the sprinkler head.
He checked the dryer over to see if there was any permanent
damage and luckily there did not seem to be.
The dryer has been working wonderfully for the past few years.
S and H had also done other appliance repairs for me and I was always
satisfied.

He was very professional and pleasant. Cleaned up the leaked water and made above recommendation. Will definitely use this provider when we are in need of appliance repair.

Quick response to call for service. Very punctual and personable. Part was ordered and service scheduled immediately upon its arrival. I would definitely use this company in the future when service is needed in my home.

Running a little behind , but very apologetic. Very friendly and mindful of the mess he was making. Evaluated the washer quickly and told us truthfully that the part would cost more than the washer was worth. Rigged it up so that we could continue to use for a sort time, while looking for a new one. Great service and hard to find honesty!

I ws very pleased. I had 3 major appliances go out at once (Kenmore Dryer, Admiral Upright Freezer, Wirlpool Stove). I self-diagnosed the problems, and figured it would take me about $900 in parts to fix it myself. The tech came out and spent about 3 hours. His knowledge of the appliances saved me considerable money. He fixed the door switch on the dryer, replaced a relay on the freezer that had been hit by lightning, and reset the computer display on the stove (and didn't have to replace the computer). In all, it was $324, so this was the best call I've made in a while.
Appointment was Prompt, and technician was on-time. We asked that they call ahead of time, and they did. Technician was very friendly and answered all our questions.
I've added Sand H to my contact list, and will be my first call when I need appliance repair.

They fixed the garbage disposal and addressed the issue. Cost was reasonable. I had pulled out the filter on the fridge, so I knew it was out of place. I had trouble getting it to go in without spraying water everywhere. Plus, the water had a funny odor to it. They charged me $40 bucks to put the filter in and tell me the odor was from the food in the fridge. The water quality improved, but something about that one bugs me. $40 bucks....Its not like they had to make a second trip.

A technician came the day I called. He identified the problem almost immediately. He needed to get a replacement part for the fan mechanism. I paid an initial fee for the house call. When he returned the next day to complete the repair, he did not charge for an additional house call, only the part and labor. He was very professional, worked quickly, and answered all my questions clearly. I have recommended the company to several of my friends.

The service tech was able to come that day and was very polite and professional. The refrigerator actually started working again just before he got there, but he checked it out and gave me a recommendation about what the problem was.
If the problem happens again, I am definitely calling them to come back. I would recommend them.

We were broke, having just closed on a soon-to-be-lovely fixer-upper in Macon, when our relatively new Frigidaire electric dryer's wiring was fried. (It is possible that its violent death was influenced by my husband's attempts at wiring, but it wouldn't be prudent to mention such a thing in print.) Sand H Maintenance sent extremely professional and friendly technicians who quickly identified the problem, ordered the part (much less expensive than replacing the dryer!), and replaced it for us. They were punctual, neat, professional, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with appliances to fix, and I'm keeping their number handy for our next repair.

Problem was resolved, button was pushed, but at a high price.

They were prompt when coming out to do the repair. The receptionist was kind and helpful. They did have to come back a second time because I was having similar issues with the washing machine after they left. When they came back a second time they let me know that I was not putting enough water in the agitator which resulted in the reoccuring problem. I took their suggestion and have not had any problems since.

They arrived in a timely manner. Very professional, polite, and informative. I will definetly use again.

Our dishwasher started leaking from the bottom. I found S and H Maintenance on Angieslist and called them. I was greeted by a really nice secretary that set up my appt. She immediately called me back to get directions since my address did not come up on their computers. Work was scheduled for the next week. He called me the morning of the appt when he was headed down to my house so I would know when he was coming. He was dressed in a uniform and was very professional. He got right to work and answered all of my questions. He was able to fix the dishwasher in about 45 minutes on the spot. I will definitely use them again for all of my appliances. They seemed very reliable and very easy to reach on the phone.

My dryer stopped working and I called Sand H Appliance and made an appointment for them to look at my dryer. The repair man showed up on time and was professional throughout the appointment.
