I have never experienced this kind of customer service from a floral company in all my many years of ordering from all over the USA. To hang up on a customer that was willing to place a second order from you is beyond rude! I was willing to give them a second chance. Beyond disappointed! I have pictures of the order page and what my niece received and will upload as soon as I learn how.
