They were very undependable, would say they would be here at 8:00 - 8:30 and show up about 10 or 11, took several weeks to do a job that should have taken a week. It was during the holidays, but still should have been completed more quickly.  Shower turned out nicely when it was all said and done, price was cheaper than other quotes I received.  May possibly use again not sure due to punctuality/dependability problems.

Parker Young is a good outfit and, by and large, you will be pleased with their work.  I was only unhappy because -- toward the end of the job the workers started getting in a hurry and cutting corners.  For example, when painting rooms, they promised me that they would be careful and cover everything with a drop cloth and use the blue painter's tape to cover things that were not supposed to be painted -- they did not.  They just wanted to finish up at the end of the last day.  The drywall work they did was excellent, though.

They were very competent and they did things on time as promised. They were not inexpensive but their work reflected that. I would use them again in a heartbeat. The insurance paid $7,000 and I paid $3,000 for some upgrades.

Company representatives were very nice, professional and easy to work with. My initial call was answered by an actual person instead of an answering machine. They took all the details of my project & had I was called back by the office in my area within 15 minutes of my initial call. This company was also on the preferred list for my insurance company & I received a longer warranty period for the work. The estimator came to look at the damage to my house within two days of my call & explained all of the work that would need to be done as well as the approximate time that the work would take. I was contacted by the project manager assigned to me the next day to schedule a time they could start work. They moved everything out of the closet & garage and put everything back when the work was done. My garage was cleaner & better organized at the end of the project than before they started. The work on both areas was completed within 2 1/2 days to include painting & cleanup. I am very happy with the work done & will be using Parker Young Construction for future projects.

It went very well.  They responded the next day after our phone call.  The work was completed in under a week and the results were fantastic.  They were very professional, courteous, friendly.

I originally hired a different company, after they ruined my real wood floor, Parker Young not only fixed all the water damage but my ruined floor as well......they even went to court with me over the floor that was ruined! they are a fantastic company!

I was very pleased with the work they have done. They have done work a couple of times for different issues. I liked the way they worked and their customer service. They were very clean.
