These folks are awesome! Replaced our garage door springs several years ago. This week, the opener quit and they came and fixed it in about 30 minutes. Great value! Great service! Great people!

One of the steel pull cables of my garage door had frayed and gotten jammed on one side during opening, causing the door to open unevenly and several panels to bend and buckle before I could shut off the opener. Overhead door folks came out the day I called to assess what was needed for repair. The particular model I had was discontinued so an exact replacement was not available. They had one in stock that was similar, and quoted the price to replace just the broken panels as well as replacing the whole door. The difference in price was very small so we opted to replace the entire door. We set up a day for them to come back and do the repair. They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. The old door was gone and the new one was up in very short order. It's been working great for the past year. We are very pleased and would definitely use them again :)

My garage door failed to open all the way one morning, which precluded my wife from making a brunch appointment. Found this company favorably rated on Angie's List. Gave a call around noon, outlined the problem and were told that they would send someone out to fix the problem. So, within 2 hours, Mike arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem and the solution. There are two springs on my door, one of them was broken. Mike said it would cost me $165 to replace one spring, but since the other spring was as old as the broken one, it would be wise to replace both. I asked what that would cost and he said $195. Well, it didn't take long for me to realize the bargain being offered. So, Mike quickly and professionally replaced both and I ended up with a repaired garage door. Very satisfied.

They did show up later than was promised, but once he got there he got to work straight away and was finished within about 30 minutes. He did a good job and left things as they were when he arrived. I would use them again.

My garage door would not open or close. I called the morning it happened to see if they could come out and check on the door and see if it was the opener or the door that was the issue. The gentlemen that answered the phone was very professional. They sent a technician out and he arrived at the time I was given. He was courtesy and professional and had my door repaired in no time. Wonderful job would use them again in a heartbeat.

They came to initially check the garage door as it was binding. They determined the wrong springs had been installed. They said it would be better to replace that old system with the torsion system. It would be safer and give us less trouble They gave me a quote and a time they would be back, they didn't have the proper setup on their truck. The arrived when they said they would and performed the replacement in no time at all.l Now the garage door is quite and no longer binds. Very friendly and professional. The actual price was a little higher than the quote do to the brackets being almost cut through with the old cables. It wasn't much and within reason. From the looks of the brackets the whole thing would have come flying off within another week of use - well worth the few extra bucks to get it done right. We've had had no issues with the garage door since.
I waited to write this review as I wanted to see if their work was going to last; it has and continues to perform like the first day they installed the new torsion system.

One of the cables had become disconnected and some of the wheels came off the track. The representative fixed everything and replaced the batteries in our remote. Well worth it!

Good job. Handled everything over the phone. Quick response. Fair price. Work is warrantied for a year.
