• Mr. O'Kelley did an excellent job.  He is so knowledgable and gave us lots of information as he diagnosed the problems and made sure we understood what was going on and how he intended to solve the problems.  He finished the job ahead of his original time frame and we have not had any leaking since (it rained fairly heavily the day after he finished up).  He was very polite, professional, and punctual. I particularly liked the fact that he did the work himself without subcontracting the work.  His rates are reasonable.  He will be our "go-to roof guy" from now on.

A tree limb fell and impaled my roof, leaving a hole about the size of a bowling ball and shingles in disarray. It was raining all week, so I had an emergency on my hand. I called three numbers, left messages at the first two, before getting Mr. O'Kelley's assistant on the phone. It was late in the day, and I wasn't expecting much when she said he was still out on a job. But as I was leaving my information, she said he had just walked in the door. She told him about my problem and he immediately left his house to come to mine and appraise the situation.
He reached my house within a half hour, and in the dark and cold climbed up the ladder to the roof and checked the situation out. He also crawled through my attic to get the inside view. He told me he could come back the next morning and do the job. We shook on it and he came back and had everything finished up by noon. He did a clean, efficient job at a good rate, and was very friendly in our interactions. I would definitely hire him again.

I have used Lee O'Kelley's services for nearly 20 years and he has always been extremely honest, professional and reasonably proced.

He came the day after I called him and showed up early! He did additional repairs while he was here. I wish very repair person was as honest, through, and good as Mr. O'Kelley.

Called Mr. O'Kelley and left a message, called me next day to arrange a meeting and give me a quote.
He was able to meet me on lunch break at home and take a look at the problem as it was raining at the time. Explained what he thought was required to be done and as we had some shingles available we did not need to worry about color match. Arranged a day for work to be done following week.
Mr. O'Kelley and co-worker came and took care of the problem, also checked for any other roof issues they may see and blew off roof from leaves. Also put shingles on dog kennel in back yard for me. Mr. O'Kelley was happy to answer questions I had and was very easy and friendly to deal with. I would recommend him, and would not hesitate in using his services again.

I have called Lee O'Kelley on two occasions. He was prompt in responding to my calls. We agreed on a price and methodology. He came within a day to perform the repairs which were satisfactory. Several of my close neighbors have used Lee wit similar results. He's going to be my choice for roof repairs in the future.

We had a missing shingle and roof vent that had apparently blown off during a storm. After repeated attempts to call the roofer who originally installed the roof failed, we called O'Kelley. He came out a couple of hours later and fixed the problem, even though it was raining. We have unusual shingles so I was concerned about them matching, but it looks fine.

Ed was brilliant. We examined the roof, he mark shingles that looked suspect,

The leak we had showed up on the ceiling of our sun room. It was a very slow leak that had not done a lot of damage. Nevertheless, I wanted it fixed. O'Kelley came the same day I called and gave me my options and an estimate. We agreed on a price. He came within the week and completed the work in less than a day. Keep in mind, O'Kelley does not re-roof. He only repairs. I highly recommend Mr. O'Kelly.

The entire effort from my first call to him to the time he finished the job was about 3 days. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Came same day when called to check roof and came next morning with supplies and went right to work.
