I was pleasantly surprised when the inspector came out a second time to complete job because the current owner had to move his vehicle for access to the attic. The only thing that I thought I would receive, however, didn’t get was what the estimated cost of repairs would be for the defaults. But, I guess each inspection is different. Overall, they provided great service.

extremely well. Ned and team were very quick to respond, kept the scheduled appointment time, and courteously answered all questions regarding the home inspection report. the inspection report was one of quality in detail and visual representation (pictures) of any issues.

As a consequence of his inspection, I know now what repairs and corrective work needs to done to take care of the above mentioned problems. He gave me detailed instructions on exactly what should be done and also took many pictures illustrating the problems and how they should be corrected. I believe he spent some three hours with me that morning. His suggestions were very easy to understand and in great detail. His inspection report was sent to me within 2 days and as mentioned above, he included excellent photos to illustrate what he found under my house.
I have known of Mr. Dominick's work for a good many years and know that he has a reputation for honesty and thoroughness. I would not use anyone else but him for the work that he does.
I feel for the first time that I now know what the problems are with my home and how to have them corrected.

Inspector was very thorough. We were given a detailed report that included pictures of items that were found. Because of the inspection we felt confident in buying the home and we were also to negotiate a lower purchase price.

They are highly professional and flexible. There was one person that came out to complete the inspection and it took about two hours. I would tell friends and family to expect good service, nice rapport with pictures, and a fair price.

I called Ned and after setting up the appointment, he sent John out to perform our Home Inspection. I was drawn to this company because after speaking with Ned for a few minutes in the initial conversation, I could tell he was a solid Christian man and would not send anyone to our home that was less than respectable. Thankfully, he sent a great Christian man!
Being an older company, they are well aware of all of the codes, this is not a pop up fly-by-night operation. You will also receive after-care and that includes the opportunity to ask questions that pertain to your home and making sure the customer was satisfied with everything.
John arrived on time and was a soft-spoken, courteous and respectable gentleman. He was kind to our children and never made us feel as though we were in his way. John was able to find some things with the home that we purchased prior to our moving in and he told us what things were the most important to get repaired first. He was so thorough and I love that they take pictures of everything as well as telling you what you ask about during inspection. They have a plan laid out to follow so he was not all over the place.
I can't say enough great things about this company.
If you are in need of a home inspection, I highly recommend using this company.

Went very well, the inspector was familiar with older homes and he covered everything thoroughly and send me doc with all issues including pics of issue and recommendations on issue. He was very prompt and did exactly what the contract said he would do. I was very impressed with his knowledge.
