The owners of this company spoke very good English until a problem came up and then they did not understand anything once I started complaining. I hired them to build a fence around my pool (small) and stain it and the concrete pool deck. I was told it would only take one week to complete everything now it has been over a month and they just quit and did not come back after they had all money but the 250.00 I was holding until complete. My child could have painted the stain better than they did, I still have boards that do not have stain on them and my concrete looks like someone sprayed circles on it. I gave them plenty of time to get my job completed and done the correct way (over a month). I will say they did come back and the owner Pablo and Mary said that when they left it would be perfect (same thing they told me up front). Still not right I called them back again and they just said to keep the money because they just dont know how to fix it. So they have received over 4000.00 of my money and I have an unfinished terrible looking pool area and the only thing they lost out on was the remaining 250.00 I owed them. Not to mention the fact that all of my boards are crooked and they got mad when I took out my level and showed them this.....They tried to say my level was broken...LOL Every time I mentioned something was not done right they had an excuse and was very disrespectful to me such as rolling there eyes and little comments in another language. The fact of the matter is they just do not know how to do quality work (as they sold me). Anybody thinking about using these people please think hard about it because Im living proof that these people have a great sales presentation but nothing to back it up!!! Pablo will tell you that he is personally going to do the work but I found out after coming home on lunch one day that he called in sub contractors to do the work for him after I had already told him that they only way I would hire him is if "HE" did the work himself. Beware of Mary the wife of Pablo she is just an idiot with an attitude problem! Now I either have to fix the work myself or hire someone again to come fix what they screwed up.
