I felt that they were very professional, and efficient. I feel that he has integrity about his work. He is very proud of his work, and I feel that he would not take on a job unless he felt that it would be completed the right way.

Toilet:  Managed to crack the tiles on the bathroom floor, while still not seating toilet correctly.
Shower heads:  Did not bother to use plumbers' tape.
Hot water pipes:  Left visible damage to wall.
Dishwasher:  Promised, but never showed up.
NEVER AGAIN!!!

The worker who came to my home for the initial assessment was very courteous and helpful. But no one ever called back with estimate or to schedule the work.never showed up after initial visit.

Poor quality as I had another plumber replace the flex pipe and finish it in galvanized as I paid for in the first place. I am extremely lucky he didn't break the old iron drain under the concrete. This is the type of pipe you hammer on to break it to repair sections of not a good idea to hammer on it for over 40 minutes as hard as you can hit it. As stated I am very lucky and will not hire this plumber again.

We went from a 2 drain sink to a one drain sink.  The job was done in one visit and we have had absolutely no difficulties with the work done and would happily have this company back to do any other work at our home.

It turns out they were able to fix the faucet and saved me some money.  They do great work.  They also helped me with a problem a previous contractor had messed up.  I would highly recommend them.
