Pressure Washing
Came and gave estimate on a Thursday; price seemed fair. Said he would be here that Saturday; also said he would pressure seal the deck as part of his service. I bought the sealant on Friday; did not show until a few weeks later. I actually called him to see where he was. It is now 3 weeks later, the pressure washing has been done and the sealant applied. He said he would be back to put the furniture back on the deck; we are still waiting.
