Worst experience ever. I hired Ken B. Gordon of Gordon Electric LLC. Worst decision I ever made. Ken B. Gordin was unprofessional, did electrical work that failed inspections and refused to fix faulty work he guaranteed on my new home.

I had an outstanding experience with Ken Gordon Electric, Inc. After making the ServiceMagic request, I received a call from them. I told them what work I needed done and was provided an estimate. The cost of the actual work was less than the original estimate. The electrician showed up on time as promised. He was extremely professional and spent a lot of time making sure I was completely satisfied with the project. I will definitely use this company again for my future electric needs.

I used Ken Gordon Electric several months ago for a small job. I was so impressed with his professionalism and reasonable rates that I knew I'd use him again. I just now had a fairly large shop installed and I needed lots of power for tools, lights and air conditioning. Ken seemed to know exactly what electricity plan I'd need. Service was PROMPT, Communication GREAT, rates were REASONABLE and the job was completed PROFESSIONALLY and FRIENDLY. I couldn't ask for more. Two Thumps Up.

Beware of his not returning your call and not pursuing the work that he agreed to do.

"We went to this job before Thanksgiving spent one hour going over evrything fixed two gfi outlets. We did not charge for this.We followed up Tues afternoon with a cell phone call and left message to set time to come out and do the rest of the work.We have not herd a response from the telphone call. Ken"

Communication, Service, and Work was first class. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. My only drawback was the price was a little high for the job and was $50.00 higher than the verbal quote. But, it was worth it to me for the speed and quality of the work.

In response to my Internet inquiry Ken came by, saw my need and gave me an estimate for the job. I accepted the estimate and ask him to do the job. A young man came by and finished the job in about an hour. I'm very satisfied with his work, his manners, and his cleanup. What I'm not pleased with is the estimate of $150 Ken gave me ending up costing $200, 33 percent higher. This amount of difference is far more than I would expect.
