The oven was supposed to be elevated about 6 inches. He did not complete the work as far as finishing, restaining, etc. I called him over and over and always got excuses - I'm hurt, I'm on my way, etc. My problem was that I paid him to install these appliances and to make the modifications to make the oven higher. He never refunded the money nor gave us a call back. I think he took advantage of me. He was not honest or dependable.
