Don't use this person for any electrical work in your home - Gregory Williams is not a licensed electrician. He has not passed Electrical Certifications testing. He is not bonded. His prices are astronomical. He is a drive by electrician that solicits customers by driving through different neighborhoods looking for homes that are being repaired. He preys on females. He drove through my neighborhood back in April 2012 when we doing repair work on my rental property. He asked if we needed an electrician. The handyman that was working for me knew Greg; I didn't know him. He said he would charge $700 to get electricity working in the apartment. The electricity was working and then started to short out in different rooms and the all the ceiling lights were out. The next day he came back to complete the work. He sent his helper/brother Eric into the loft. His brother fell through the loft and busted up the ceiling in kitchen, living room, and hall way. Greg did not want to pay for it. He kept saying that he had done extra work in the apartment. He had not though. A few weeks later, I discovered that an outlet in the back bedroom was not working. I called him about it. He came over the 5/27/12 Sunday to fix it. I told him I needed 2 things -- 1) the outlet repaired 2) label the circuit breaker box. He never mentioned additional fees until after he finished labeling the box. He asked if I needed a receipt. I replied receipt for what? He said' for the work I just did. I said, I'm not giving you any more money. He said "you're gonna give me $50 for going up in that roof. I said, I don't owe you. What you did today was part of what you were already paid. I asked what about the ceiling you damaged and didn't repair. He also took the brand new wire that he charged me for that cost $115. I said what about the wire you took. He replied "I can bring that back". I said you have your $50 in the wire you took. He stormed out the door and said "I will show you what happens to people that don't pay me." At 2 a.m that morning I received a call from the alarm monitoring service that that the alarm was going off. I told them to send the police out. When I arrived at the property the window unit air conditioner - brand new 10k btu had been stolen from the window. I can't prove but I know Gregory Williams stole it. I never had a burgulary or break-in before this incident with Gregory Williams. Do not use him. Beware. He brags to his friends about how much he rips people off for.
