DOT COM

I took my computer and left it with them to remove viruses from it.  I knew it was infected with several.  I was told it would probabaly be a few hours before they could get to it.  Three days later I called to see if they had looked at it yet.  I was told "you're right, you have several viruses". When asked how long would it take to do the work, I was told an hour, two at the most.  I agreed to the cost and told them to go ahead.  Over a week later  I was finally called and told that it was ready.  When  I got it home, it continued to have some of the same problems as before, namely:  it would not connect with any other site or link.  When I would click on a link to another site it would lock up and have to be "control-alt-deleted" to exit.  Then it would have to be rebooted to get back in. 
On several occasions when I called, I would get their answering service and be told they were "out on a service call" and would be given the message.  The If  the call was returned, it would be after a couple of days.
I am convinced that this company does not have enough in-house personnel to adequately do quality work in a timely manner. 
I will not use them again.
