We were led to believe that we would get a beautiful home. They told us that we could make changes. The home came in, and they kept it on the lot without letting us see it. We couldn't see it for almost a year. They kept promising us that if there was a problem, then they would change it. They didn't even let us know when they were setting it up. We looked down the drive way and saw it. The fireplace was supposed to be in the corner of the room, but it's in the middle. The decks are already rotting within one year. The entire porch is sinking. They won't come back out to do anything.
