The experience we had with this lady was awful. We lost our security deposit after doing over 3000.00 worth of improvements to this home. We replaced cabinets in kitchen and bathroom and we also replaced kitchen countertops in kitchen. When we moved into this home, it took her forever to get the air conditioner running right. This house was dirty when we moved in so we had to clean it up, but was told when we left we had to make sure it was spotless. This lady was very hard to get a hold of. She told us she would have the house sprayed for roaches before we moved in, but she did not do this either. I will never use her again and would tell folks to stay away from her.
Description of Work: I rented a three bedroom, two bath home from this lady. This house was 1400 square foot with wood siding. My family had a year lease with her, but had to break it early due to my husband's transfer with job. She let us break it by paying a extra month's rent.
