It was not well at all. The service was a disaster. First of all, organizing was something they were not good at and the owner spent very little time in directing her staff on what to do. They did not understand the process and turned items that should not be turned out. Honestly it was my fault because of the clutter which is disorganized. We discussed the issue with them because of what happened and there were things that I had to replace. I never heard back from them. The cleaning was 100% up the par. I called someone else who had recommended them and they said that they also missed things but they will correct that. But we hired somebody who knows what they are doing.
The price was expensive. She returned my phone calls but did not address the issue. She was angry and put all the blame on me.

They do a great job! They clean my 2,000 square foot home and upkeep/clean laminate flooring. They might periodically miss something, but really they do a good job.
