We have been using Dass Heating and Air Conditioning for some thirty years now. That alone should indicate our confidence in them and appreciation for them. Over the last ten years or so, Mark Chambers has been our go-to guy. He has always been knowledgeable, honest, thorough, respectful, and punctual. Some time ago when we had to have our AC replaced, he was unbelievably responsive in diagnosing the problem and installing the new equipment, all at what we felt were very reasonable prices. Quite honestly we can recommend Dass Air and Mark very highly.

I have used Dass for years for service and the replacement of heat pump units. They have always been quick to respond to emergency calls, made only needed repairs, charged a reasonable fee. They have also replaced several old heat pump units and have done a good job at a fair price. Their techs are knowledgeable and courteous.
