I went into contract with this company back in June 21 was promised a completion date of 10 July 21. It is now Feb 22 and I do not have a pool. My backyard has a whole with a warped frame from the rain and any work done 9 months ago has to be redone. I have reached out to the owner on numerous occasions just to be ignored or get some excuse to why they did not show. I have paid 32k out of 39k due, only to have my yard ruined. I am a military vet with severe anxiety and My comfort zone has been taken away. Please and I repeat Please do not use this company. This process has been a nightmare.

I would Never recommend this company. They promised 21/2 days and they took 5 and what they did was horrible! No quality, never on time , made excuses to leave because of a parent but did call to say the were on the way and showed hours later. They used the wrong productâ s for the job!â They never removed the cabinet doors to paint them! And the half painted them. Used wrong type primer! He put sticky glue on the handles to hold the on, some he screwed on and they were not even. They got paint on my (refrigerator) , the base boards and molding. oh yes I paid half of what he ask as a deposit! I also paid the balance as I promised but i said to his worker the job was not complete. The owner would not return my calls or texts so I could complain then he sent a worker for the balance as though he deserved it. Yes, We had to hire a new crew to do a new job correctly. Again , I do not recommend this company, I will not ever use he and his uncle the co-worker for any job! ð ð »ð ð »
