CLEANCO Cleaning & Restoration

They came out to do mold remediation and when that happens, an environmentalist comes out and tests to see if the mold remediation had an effect. They create a report and let the mold remediation company know what they need to do to fix it. Cleanco came out and did the mold remediation but when the environmentalist came back, he found that they didn't do a good job and that they'll need to come back. They came back and cleaned again, but we were still having issues. I had a deadline I needed to follow and the mold remediation was not going as planned. I told Cleanco that either they need to lower their price or they will need to come in and do a housecleaning themselves. They came back and cleaned again, but they never addressed a leaking problem we were having which was causing the mold issue. So we constantly had water going into the crawl space and the issue wasn't addressed. I asked them about the leaking issue and they told me they would have to charge me more. We had agreed that they would take care of the leaking issue inside the crawl space; however, they only worked on the outside of the house and didn't go into the crawl space. This was never explained and I guessed that he would be working in the crawl space and outside of it. They moved and put on a new porch to deal with the drain issue and wanted to charge me an additional $750. I never authorized this and we didn't discuss it. He was constantly trying to charge me more and never explained anything. He was not good at communicating. During his work, he dug up all our plants which we had spent a lot of time on. Throughout the project, we constantly went back and forth on the price. The reason why I wanted this done was because I was having a baby and didn't want to have my newborn baby in a home with mold in the air.
