I had a horrible car buying experience at Butler Toyota in Macon, Ga. First, I was told to ask for a person named Kiersten. She works with the Kelly Blue Book in buying used cars. I was going to trade in my 2002 Silverado for a new Toyota Tundra. After I met with Kierrsten, she introduced me to one of their so called salesman. The salesman and I did not hit it off right. I could definitely tell that he didn't like me. After a few negotiation tries, the salesman said "OK, champ". I took offense to that name call. And at that point I stopped negotiations. I have bought many Toyota products and that was the first time anyone called me a derogatory name. The whole experience was very unprofessional. I was saddened by the whole experience. I wouldn't buy there.

THE work was performed in adequate time while I waited. I looked at new vehicles while I waited for my truck.I was not pressured at all. Butler is a class dealer.

I love them!

I had purchased a new vehicle from Toyota three years ago and used their complimentary service. They do such a great job I have continued to use them for follow-on service. The service res are very promt, courteous and professional. I can alway count on getting good service done right the first time.

This service is provided free for the first few times. Service was excellent, people were friendly, and service was provided timely.

It went well. There was more maintenance than originally thought, so the price was pretty high by the time we left. However, this seems to be the case with each shop we go to with the Saturn Vue.

I visited this dealer because they always provided wonderful service for me with my older vehicle as well as our families second vehicle. The attendant checked me in promptly and I proceeded to the waiting area with my toddler in tow. We waited and played for quite some time, but my toddler started to grow antsy and I started to wonder why the oil change was taking so long. After we had waited an hour, I spoke with the attendant to see what the delay was. He called back to the service department and eventually found that they were waiting on a fuel filter for my new vehicle. They had placed an order for the part and were waiting on delivery. I don't mind that they didn't have the part, but I would appreciate if they had informed me before ordering the part that the wait may be excessive. The attendant knew I was waiting for the car, not a and quot;drop offand quot; customer and also knew that I had a small child with me. The attendant tried to contact the delivery vehicle to see what their ETA to the shop was. We continued to wait while the attendant failed to successfully contact the delivery person. By this time, we had been waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The attendant said we could continue to wait but he could not give me an estimate of how long we would wait. I said, No, I need my car now. After another 15-20 minutes, they pulled the car around and handed me the keys. At this time, I expected to pay for the oil change only to find that they had completed absolutely no service on my vehicle! Since they did not have the proper part, they did not complete the oil change. I was incredibly upset that I had wasted 2 hours at th dealer and still had to take care of my vehicle at another time. I told the attendant that they should have let me know that they needed to order the part. I could have returned another day to complete the service instead of wasting two hours to do nothing. The attendant did apologize, but for me, that was too little too late. I will not go here for service again.

They are very, very good. Outstanding. I have been there myself at least 4 times, and I would highly recommend them.

They were prompt. With regard to price, they were cheaper than the private one that I checked with. I never thought I would say that about a dealer. I didn't like the way the sold me the car, but that's another story. I am sure there's someplace I could have gotten it cheaper. There is no way I can know about the quality.

Excellent except it took awhile for the special tire to come in. It is a run flat tire.

Everything was in stock except for spark plug wires. Still had truck ready by end of day. No problems with the work. All clean and neat. Pleasant to deal with.

Butler Toyota Scion has superb service, they are a great dealership to deal with.

I saw the manager on a TV ad and I called them and told them what I wanted and three days later I had my car! I told them I didn't want the car unless the interior had the whole wood grain and they said they would honor that as soon as the package came out. I'm still waiting on that.
