In addition to providing top notch roofing services to the Middle Georgia area we participate regularly in disaster relief programs nationwide. Neighbors caught on worker urinating in the bushes ! Nails and extra materials all over the place! Bland tried to say the chimney was the problem called chimney company and nothing was wrong ! Took pictures of the roof and you could see the lousy job that was done!

"The roof comes with a 2 year warranty on workmanship. If we would have been called to come back out we would've done so, gladly. Unfortunately, after 8 years a lot of things can happen. We have had tons of storms that could have caused problems. We take pride in making our customers happy. We have been in business for over 30 years and have always provided quality work. When other roofers come out they can sadly tell you anything because they are looking to make money too. Therefore, they may have told you something in error just to get the repair work and your money. If you have any problems we will gladly come out and resolve any thing we possibly can. We just have to be given the opportunity to do so. We appreciate your business and if you need anything in the future, please give us a call."

Evidently no communication between estimator and installation crew because they did not cover shrubbery, etc. as installer said.
Did not clean up much at all afterwards, left nails, paper, cigarette butts all over the yard. They definitely need to improve their service.

"We appreciate your business. Our guys work very closely together and as stated in our proposal, "We will make every effort to protect shrubs, flowers, ect" However we cannot be held liable for any damages due to the nature of the work. Sometimes putting a tarp over the bushes may cause more damage than if you don't cover them, depending on the flower beds and circumstances. However, if we damage flowers, because accidents do happen, and the customer brings it to our attention, we always try to make it right and compensate for the damages. Our goal is to make the customer happy and we will do whatever it takes to make sure that happens. We just need the opportunity to come back and make it right if there was a problem with the job or clean up process. There is always a lot of debris when replacing a roof, so we clean up the grounds and run a magnet to pick up lose debris upon completion of the job. If we missed anything, all you have to do is call us and we will come back out and take care of any concerns. We appreciate your business and look forward to doing business with you in the future."

From start to finish bland was number one. They were punctual and professional and explained all my options. They arrived Monday morning at 7:15 and were finished by 2:00. Everything was clean and proper. The workers even removed a tree branch that I couldn't reach to keep it from damaging my new roof. I am truly impressed.

I contracted another roofing company in June to perform repairs on my roof, I called the previous company every ofther week to get them out, after 2 months of the run around and looking at more and more damage I finally gave up and called some other companies. Bland sent out someone he wrote an estimate, not the lowest I had recieved but not the highest either. I asked when the work could be done he said the next morning. The guy answered the phone, showed up when he said he would, and did what he ws hired to do. After my previous experience I really couldnt ask for more and my roof is no longer leaking.

Roof was supposed to done in March. They didnt get around to it until April 6 2013. They did the job in 5 hours. The lines are not straight and they overlaped shingles. When asked if they could improve the look of the roof they stated that it would not leak. They said that said they would put their sign in the front yard for 30 days to show that thier company did the work. When they picked up the first check which was four days after project completion they removed the sign. Owner was very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Bland Roofing did and excellent job. They were able to accommodate my schedule in a timely manner. They worked well with my insurance company and handled most of all of the details with them. The crew was professional and courteous. Would recommend Bland Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof!

After a recommendation from a friend, this company was contacted to replace my leaking roof on an older historic home that had 3 existing layiers of roof. The existing layers of roof were removed and the waste removed. Previous area of DIY repair was remedied and the new roof was installed. In general the job was "acceptable", but clean-up was not complete, we found nails and shingle pieces for some time after, and roofing planks broken (by work men walkingon the roof) putting roof on were not replaced.
