Landline Phone Service
I submitted a request prior to March 23rd, 2015 to move our services with Birch Communications to a different Suite three offices down from our previous location. I have called numerous times. Spoke to a number of employees in regards to this. Even paid an extra $60.00 to get my move order expedited since this is such a large part of our business. I have yet to receive ANY type of communication. Not even one phone call from them. I have even been told that any email sent out to the team that coordinates the moves has Management copied on it. Even more reason why this shouldn't be happening to a customer. I pay for this service and have been with them for a number of years. If for some reason we loose business because this matter was not handled properly we will seek business else where. As of today even after filing a BBB complaint I still have yet to receive a single phone call.

Found out at the end of contract that agreement had been automatically renewed according to the terms and agreements of the contract. ( Not explained in the beginning). I was told that I would be held legally to all charges within the original contract. Not even the cellular companies try to do this. (BEWARE)
