The contractor was nice enough, but again the people hired by him did a poor job, and though he tried to get it addressed, he sided with the people he hired. For example, my cabinets (oil paint) were refinished and immediately started to peel. His excuse was that they sanded correctly, and he can't help a fussy customer. Fact is that the prep for the cabinets was not done correctly, they never sanded properly, and there was not proper primer applied. additionally, walls were damaged in another room, and the remedy was to apply a knock down paint to hide issues, though it looks good, I feel that this contractor made too many excuses for a job poorly done.

They repaired a leak in my roof and the water damage from it. The job was done correctly inside and out. The price was very reasonable. I am happy.

They had good communication. We used them for a church project and they did the job correctly.

It went perfect, Micah Hale he was very professional and most courteous the entire time. He cleaned up the work site before he left. He does first class work and he was a great individual.

I found Mr. Ard to be courteous and professional. He made every effort to make the repair easy for me so that I did not need to be present unnecessarily. He found the leak within a few minutes of looking in my attic and made arrangements to fix it over the next few days.
