This company did a beautiful job with installation - floor looked gorgeous. However, within a year we developed a SIGNIFICANT buckle in the main pathway of the room. He came and said that it was not a complicated fix - they could do it in an afternoon. He stated that they were extremely busy but would get to it as soon as possible. He asked that I call and and quot;remindand quot; him to come and do it. I sent a few reminders and got one message saying that they were finishing up a job and would get there in two weeks. I followed up by leaving more messages (after several weeks) and now they do not even return my phone calls or messages. Apparently they screen their calls - never picking up. I am extremely disappointed that such a competent company would treat customers (especially those who have invested significant money) so poorly. My husband even left a message stating that we were willing to absorb some of the cost of the repair - we just want it fixed as it does pose a tripping hazard due to unevenness of the floor. OUR EFFORTS TO HAVE THIS REPAIR DONE HAVE CONTINUED FOR OVER THREE MONTHS!.....NO RESPONSE!!! I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AGAIN.

I don't remember how long it took them, but I believe it was no more than two days. They came when the appointment was set and did a beautiful job on our floors and then cleaned up. I remember they communicated well, professionally, precisely, and politely. Seven years later, I still love my floors and have no complaints. I will definitely use them again on our other rooms when it is time.
