Mr Andrews was awesome! I came home from a week at the beach to discover that my hot water heater had leaked in my laundry room. Saturday night, 10:30pm, I am on Angie's List looking up recommendations. Within 10 mins Mr. Andrews called. He explained what had probably happened and what may need to be done. We scheduled the service and he was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I had to have a new hot water heater and the installation was very efficient. I definitely recommend A1 Plumbing!

The technician showed up on time, and he completed the job within a reasonable amount of time. However, the "new" fixture was/is defective. The cold water handle broke, after only two months of regular use, and the owner of the company refused to guarantee the part or to send the tech back out to fix the issue. He offered to talk me through a DIY fix over the phone, but I would have to buy a new handle. Another plumber inspected it for us and advised that the faucet appeared to be a very inexpensive (i.e. cheap) model.

"We have thirty four A ratings. We did not supply the fixture. It was not our responsibility to repair it. If we had furnished the fixture it was the manufacturers fault. We warranty all our work for one year but no plumbing company warranties manufacturers defects. I'm sorry some customers don't know that."

The leak was within an existing wall and tough to locate. The job went very well and the price was quite reasonable. I will hire again for any future repairs.

I called A-1 Monday evening and Dennis was at my home at 11:45 the next morning. He checked the pressure on my water line and found it to be 100 PSI instead of the recommended 60 PSI. He told me that he would send someone out Thursday to replace a defective pressure reducer. Today (Wednesday) he had a cancellation and was able to send someone out today. The job was done very professionally and I am very satisfied with the work and the price I received. I will certainly be using A-1 in the future for all of my plumbing needs!

The Technician was early. It took several hours becuse the Tech had to go to the plumbing house and get the parts. When the kit was 15 dollars more than estimated, the owner called me to let me know and see if this was acceptable. Great service

Everything went well, but I wasn't necessarily thrilled with the experience. The plumber arrived on time, he located the leak within an hour, and he successfully repaired the leak. He cleaned up after himself, too.

I called Dennis Andrews and arranged a time at our mutual convenience to get a job estimate. I found Dennis to be very knowledgeable and very reasonable as we agreed on a price. On the agreed upon work date I was afraid it might be postponed due to a torrent of rain but he,along with his helper, arrived on time. They worked quickly and in no time had the old items removed. Unfortunately, there were issues regarding the manner in which the previous commode and sink had been installed, causing Dennis to adapt and overcome, which they did most efficiently. I am completely satisfied with my new pedestal sink and commode, as well as the service performed by A1 Plumbing. I highly recommend them!

We had a leaky pipe in our yard due to a very incompetent lawn care company. We called A-1 Plumbing and they sent a guy (Justin) here within an hour. He was amazing! He explained everything that was going on and showed us the exact part that was giving the problem. He got the part, and promptly fixed it. He was nice and extremely helpful. He definitely made my family's day a lot better. I was even able to get my seriior discount! I will definitely recommend them to all my friends. This is an excellent company with excellent customer service.

Returned phone call promptly but didn't show up at time we discussed on the phone. He said there must have been a misunderstanding about the time.? Sent technician here shortly after that phone call. Technician was polite, seemed knowledgeable and gave estimate before performing service in a timely manner. He had to remove the toilet to see why it rocks. Uneven floor, so he put new wax ring and shims to level and caulked around the base. The outside faucet had a constant drip and we wanted it moved up hirer on the wall to make it more convenient He moved it up and no drip. I would use this plumbing company again.

We called two companies,both on Angie's List, the other one was a big disappointment but A1 responded in a very reasonable time- working us in due to the fact we had water. Employee was excellent , very professional and friendly . The job was done quickly and price was very good. Only plumbing company I will every use.

We were very please we thought we neede a new water heater and it turned out we just needed heater elements and he informed us we just needed heater elements which saved us a good bit of money he came right away.

We do the work less than they do with their contracts. Try us and see. Honesty is better than ill gotten gains."

The job went excellently. Devon, the young assistant, did a lot of good work alone on one day and worked continuously for 6 hours from mid-morning until late afternoon without even a lunch break. He was very hard-working, polite, and friendly. The owner, Dennis, was kind and genuine. He was very knowledgeable, fair, and honest. He is obviously an excellent teacher, too. The price was more than fair. The work was done exactly as promised with almost no problems, but the problems were solved easily as they dedicated themselves to doing the best job possible and to making the customer happy with their work.

Mr. Andrews was professional and courteous. I appreciate his tips on how to save money on water use and that he cleaned up before leaving. He fixed three problems in just over an hour. I would certainly use him again!
