Unique Environmental Landscape

This company is responsible for the lawn in my town home community and they ruined our lawn. They have an extremely high turn over and don't properly train their staff. They're also very unreliable and skips weeks at a time. The staff is constantly on their cell phones instead of working. The final straw is when they damaged my lawn and committed to repairing but failed to keep their word. They've been using a weed eater instead of mower to mow my lawn and cutting extremely low to the ground which left bald spots in my lawn. They agreed to treat my lawn back to healthy however they are now refusing to fix the issue that they caused. I've called multiple times to reach the owner Todd and he has never returned my calls. Erika Shields, Accounting, usually answers the phone. Erika is extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me that I was wrong to expect them to fix my lawn and hung up in my face. In summation, this company lacks proper experience, training and accountability. Please stay away from this company as they're not equipped to take care of lawn and certainly doesn't keep their word. I'm happy to hear that we've terminated our community-wide contract with them.

For some reason, this company was chosen to maintain our subdivision. Although they are warned not to, every year they trim landscaping during the winter which results in dead landscaping. They then come in an rip the things out leaving unsightly holes. Hard to complain because no one returns calls. Easy to blame the employees.

HORRIBLE!!! My subdivision hired this company to maintain the grounds. During the winter, they trimmed the hedges right before the big freeze, killing off many, including mine. I phoned the company several times and never received one call back. Subsequently, the guys came back and cut all the hedges down to stumps. Again, no call back. BEWARE!!
