 + -1 moreI had an account with Sparkletts Water Co., which they where delivering the water to my school classroom. I cancelled the account in Feb. 2020, but the company continued to charge me for the water dispenser, which I could not legally retrieve from my classroom due to COVID. No one communicated with me at all during this time therefore, I had no idea I was still being charged. I have left several messages with their collection agency, Mableton, which I have yet received any response. I find it extremely sad, this company has taken advantage of their consumers, especially during this time!

 + -1 moreWhen I called to terminate my water service, basically I was told too bad, I should have read the contract. They were right, read the contract and don't purchase their water. It cost more to stop or suspend the service.
Description of Work: I didn't read the online contract fully when I signed up for drinking water to be delivered. They charge a monthly fee even if you suspend delivery and they charge a termination fee of $100.00. They also charge for the 5 gallon bottles to be returned. Buy an osmosis system for your home, it's cheaper.
