Pine Straw Depot

Went as expected.

I was extremely happy with my entire experience with Pine Straw Depot especially since I didn't find many reviews on them. The order process was very professional and they did what they said they would do---call me with a date to deliver, call to confirm the day before, and at my request, call when they were on their way. Each time I called, I spoke to the same person who was very familiar with my job and was very accommodating. Based on a recent Fox 5 News investigative report on a different company, I asked to count the bales as they came off the truck. That worked out very well. They sent a 5-man crew and a supervisor stayed on the job the entire time. They did a beautiful job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I had some leftover bales and they spread them in a couple of other places at my request. I'm very pleased with this company, their product, their work and their customer service--would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

This was the third time we have used Pine Straw Depot, and we have been very pleased each time. Advance scheduling is important during the busy season; they can usually accommodate us within a week. I have never been home when the delivery is made, yet each time the bales are stacked exactly where I have specified, and this time, they spread half of our order on a hillside garden and did a great job (even coverage, did not damage any plants). I leave them a check. I have complete confidence in this company. The quality of the pine straw is high (clean). We order extra bales and use it as we expand and refresh our garden beds.
