The serviceman installed the security light just find but he failed to set the controls on the light. It was a motion activated light with dusk to dawn features so the light would not stay on during the day. I had to get my ladder out climb up to where the light was and set the controls myself. The ceiling fan was new and I stood to watch him assemble the fan. I believe if I hadn't been standing there he would have left one of the items off. They told me the serviceman was new. One last thing I informed the office I had vaulted ceilings meaning you will at least a 12ft ladder his first trip he only had a 6ft ladder.

John discovered a bad switch in the AC and the whole-house breaker, which I did not know about.

Their workmanship was quality and they were very professional.

The electrician was a nice young man, but did not seem to be very skilled and communicated poorly. It took him four hours to hang a ceiling fan. He said there were problems in the attic that made it very difficult to install the box for the fan, but never warned us how long it might take. In fact, he kept responding that he was "almost done" for the final 2.5 hours. He also did not warn us that the fan we had chosen would not hide all the drywall damage from the previous fixture. We subsequently had to hire a handyman to switch it out. I requested a discount, which is very unusual for me, and was refused. I informed Noor that I would pay the bill, as the electrician had indeed spent four hours on the work, but that they would be negatively reviewed.

it went well, they missed an appointment but that was ok, they reached out to me and were responsive and apologized, that was a big deal in my eyes because they were really responsive after that.  They did great work, were on time and had everything that was needed, very little mess after the work and cleaned up as clean as it was when they came.  Not only did they do the work, they also pointed out a few things that I was not aware of, which was critical too and really helped keep the cost down

He did a great job and even showed me where I needed to repair some rotting wood on my house, which I would not have known about if he had not pointed it out. John was quick, efficient, and friendly!

He worked very hard to solve a very difficult problem and saved me a great deal of time, trouble, and money.

Two electricians came by. They were very friendly and professional. They checked the lines, heat pumps, and furnaces to ensure the new breakers were appropriate. They went back and forth a little, then installed three of the breakers. Bonus: they found an old breaker that was partially melted and replaced it with a functional one. They did leave some bits of wire on the ground by the panel, which isn't great when you have a toddler in the house.
After they left, we realized the heat wasn't coming back on. It was a cold day (35 degrees) and the temperature inside started dropping. We called them and unfortunately had to wait about 6 hours before they could come back to see what happened. It turned out they didn't turn the furnace in the crawlspace back on correctly. They fixed it quickly and apologized.
A few bumps but overall a good experience. The new breakers are working fine.
