The guys came in, assessed the problem, and fixed what needed to be fixed. The problem ended up being a broken/disconnected old outlet in the middle of the circuit. The outlet was replaced, and a couple of breakers were updated.

From the first phone call through to the service visit, followup phone call, and billing every detail was friendly, responsive, and professional. Glass Electric is a third-generation family business and their pride and attention to detail is apparent. Would recommend!

Jimmy was great. He arrived on time, was professional, and did everything to standard and beyond expectations. Ceiling fan works great. All I did was buy it at Home Depot's and he did the rest once we confirmed that the ceiling light was configured for a ceiling fan hook up. He assessed the kitchen outlets and explained which GFCI's went to which outlets (we had just bought the house so did not know where all the GFCI's were). He demonstrated excellent knowledge of electrical systems and answered all of my questions on a couple of non-safety related issues that my housing inspector had found during the house purchase phase a few months ago. When I asked him if he could put in a dimmer switch, he had all the right materials and put it in quickly and professionally. As the owner (Jimmy's father) had told me on the phone, his technician (Jimmy) would give us a call 30 minutes out and approximately be at the house around 10 am. Jimmy called at 10:15 am and said his current job was running long, but that he could be to our place by 10:45 am. That worked perfect. Would definitely hire again.

Excellent.  Worker was delayed from another job but came as soon as he could.  Did very professional work and a very fair proce.  This is now my definite go-to electrician.

Darrell and Daron were outstanding!  They arrived on time and because of their efficient work, completed the projects in just a few hours.  Additionally they completely cleaned up any debris that had been created.  This is this is the second time we have employed Glass Electric and will definitely use them in the future.

I have used Glass Electric for the past 2 years for jobs "large" and small - everything from a renovation electrical demo quote to installing all electric and lights for a new office wing with prefab cubicles that had to be wired - as well replacing old fluorescent lights and emergency signs in the building + exterior parking lot lighting - solar triggered and timer lights.
They always do great work, are neat in their work, clean up after and show up when expected. Their prices are MUCH better than all of the close-in (to our midtown Atl office location) electrician companies. Glass Electric is the one to call!

The City of Atlanta inspector discovered two issues with my rental property, the system wasn't grounded and the connection where the power lines come into the house was coming loose. Glass Electric was prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgable. I am out-of-state, and they handled pulling the permit and scheduling the follow-up inspection, which the work passed without any issues. I appreciated the additional help. They were great, reasonably priced and went out of their way to move a file cabinet that was blocking the electrical box. recommend!

The job was scheduled efficiently, and the two electricians arrived on time (called ahead with confirmation of e.t.a.). They solved the problem of hoisting a ladder up to the fourth floor of a condo building that doesn't have a large enough elevator to accommodate a high ladder! Then they did an expert job of installing the two hanging fixtures, consulting me on their exact placement. It was not an easy job to replace a flush-mount fixture with a pendant; it required ingenuity to reach the top of the 20 foot ceiling. In the process, they painted the area of the foyer ceiling which was discolored from the previous fixture. They were professional and polite and I would be happy to hire this company again. (When the bill came, it was less than the quoted $310 because I had a coupon from Angie's List.)

The crew was on time, performed their work, were very professional, cleaned up when they were done.  Overall, a very good experience.

Service was very good.  Adjusted to my time schedule.  I'm a DIYer, so if I had a tall ladder and the nerve I'd done it myself.  I had everything setup and ready to go for the fan install.  He arrived installed and left.  Very nice.

They were fast, came when they said they would, and cleaned up nicely!

But they were right on time, courteous, effective, and inexpensive.

Workers arrived on time and worked efficiently.  Final cost was close to what had been quoted on the phone prior to crew coming to house.  Will definitely contact next time that we have electrical issues.

Our electrician's name was CJ.  He arrived right on time first thing this morning despite the fact that the roads were bad due to pouring rain.  After we showed CJ the work to be done, he quickly began getting tasks completed one by one.  When he had questions, he was polite and very personable.  I had to make a couple of runs to the hardware store (bought the wrong types of switches) but CJ worked on other projects while I was gone.  
I could not be happier with the timeliness, professionalism, and quality of the work of Glass Electric and appreciate the good value they provide.

He was very good. Very courtesy and I will hire him again.
