This was the most frustrating experience of my life! You will have to make this a 2nd job because you will have to make all the calls to find out when the installer is coming, why the installer never called, why the installer never showed up, etc. The owner will just give lots of excuses (i.e. jury duty, the weather, can't make the installer call even though this is someone who works for her), "I don't have a secretary." I called the owner on 08/07 to report a problem with my blinds which are supposed to be under warranty. I had to go two weeks with nothing up to the window in the front of my house. The installer didn't have the paper blind to put up like the owner said he would. I'm just getting the blind up today, 09/01/06. This company was less than professional! Also, let me not forget to mention that the owner will "honey" you to death. You will start to think that "Honey" is your name. Save yourself the frustration!
