Frank responded very quickly to my initial inquiry. Easy to schedule appointment. He arrived early and finished the job very quickly. Showed me how to use and test my new smart lock. He was very friendly. Will use again and refer to others.

I chose Apple Tree Locksmith from the many "A"-rated companies on Angie's List because they are family owned and local. I left a message with them and received a call back within the hour, and the work was completed the same day. The cost was exceptionally low, and Frank was very personable and professional and even repaired a misfitting deadbolt jamb for no additional charge. I would hire Apple Tree Locksmith again in a heartbeat!

Frank is a very friendly and reliable professional. He arrived on time and the only problem was that my husband had the keys and I failed to bring them to the house for the service. Frank said he might be able to do the job anyway. I know it took him much longer to do the job and he worked much harder than if I had not forgotten the keys, but he only charged me for his earlier quote, which was a very reasonable $90. I am most impressed, will always call him when I need locksmith services and highly recommend him.

Frank, the owner, re-keyed five of my home locks. Frank was friendly and professional. He charged me only a service call of $75 which I found to be very reasonable. I have Apple Tree in my contacts, and I will us them again.

Did great job. Arrived early, rekeyed locks. Also fixed lock on security door and rekeyed it. Cleaned up what little mess that he made fixing the security door. Very professional with pleasant attitude.
