Jason is awesome. He is always on time and does quality work. He previously installed a tin ceiling in my Master Bedroom and Bath. I highly recommend him!

He coated my driveway and in just a few months it looks terrible. He was suppose to fix our flag stone patio and all he did was scrap out a little concrete pour some powered concrete in the cracks. Looks terrible! He told us later his work was not guaranteed! Cost us over $4,000. A big ripoff!

Jason is a top notch contractor. We had some bad experiences with prior contractors and he came in and remedied everything they had screwed up. His quote was on the higher side of the many quotes we received, but we have learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. He was timely, neat, and thorough. He even kept a very tidy worksite. He fixed a sagging and warped deck, and a difficult 2nd story juliet balcony over our front door that was leaking and tilting. He installed a sliding glass door and cleaned the exterior of hour house. I can't say enough how happy we are and Jason will be our go to guy for all home repairs moving forward.

Needed a repair to a popcorn ceiling . Jason came out same day and gave me an estimate. He came back the next week and completed the repair in one day . I was completely satisfied with his excellent work . He is not cheap but his work is quality ,start to finish.

Jason did exceptional work. Truly a fantastic job. But he is extraordinarily expensive. I initially hired him to change out a powder room vanity and we agreed on the price. It was high, but still reasonable, Before he started, a sink in our master bathroom collapsed and I asked him to to fix. I knew that would be a tougher job to do than the original. But he couldn't give me a firm price. He ended up charging me more than the original job. But he did a great job. Just be aware that he is super expensive.

when the handyman i originally contacted to do my work no showed on the agreed upon day, i turned to HomeAdvisor for the first time. the no show guy was a "friend of a friend", and i should've known better. HomeAdvisor put me in contact with Jason with Ideal Home Repair. as a single female with no appreciable handyman skills, i needed someone reliable and reputable who could do the work at a fair price. some of the work i needed to have done also included repair of shoddy work done by a previous flood/water damage cleanup person. Jason came within a few hrs after i contacted him to go over my "to do" list. he said that he would be able to do all the things on my list, we talked about supplies that i needed, said that he could begin the work the following day, and we agreed on a price. Jason came the next day as promised and began that day. he finished quickly, and the (many) jobs were done professionally. he completed all the tasks that i asked him to do, and they all look great. I recommend Jason and Ideal Home Repair to anyone who wants any kind of home repair work done by a reliable and honest contractor. i am already planning my next home projects, and i plan to hire Jason for those as well.

I contacted Jason for a front deck replacement left incomplete by another vendor. Jason came the same day to assess the project. I showed him my ideas and materials I had already purchased for the project and they began work the next day. Jason is a superb listener and visionary. He offered great suggestions and communicated with me frequently throughout the project. They ran a an organized work site, cleaning up thoroughly during, and after, the project. I am a single female and needed someone who I felt would do a good job at a fair price. Jason did just that he was honest told me the price upfront and had the work done really quick and it looks great. Would defiantly recommend to my friends.

I have a tenant that had a leak and caused four spots on the ceiling below my apartment. That downstairs apartment was under contract for sale. Jason was the first to call and I email pictures of the kitchen ceiling and a wall in a laundry closet. Jason wouldn't give a price range and said he doesn't drive around and give estimates for a small job. He got to the job and he quoted $545 and I said nothing. He did the work but his fee makes me feel like I am being ROBBED. I still haven't paid him and he says he will have to take further action.

Jason has a lot of good ideas. He can look at a single project and be able to identify that other areas will need attention soon. We will be bringing him back in the spring when we start terracing our backyard
